1. Who We Are

ListConnect AI ("we," "our," or "us") is a software application that helps real estate professionals create AI-powered property listings. Our mobile app is available on Android and iOS, and our web portal is available at listconnect.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: email address, name, and password when you register.
  • Property data: addresses, listing details, room dimensions, and any text you enter while creating listings.
  • Videos and images: walkthrough videos and photos you upload for AI analysis.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: features used, session duration, crash reports, and performance metrics.
  • Log data: IP address, browser type, and referring URLs when you use our web portal.

2.3 Permissions We Request on Your Device

  • Camera: to record property walkthrough videos and enable AR room measurement. We only access the camera when you explicitly start a recording or AR session.
  • Microphone: to capture audio alongside video recordings. Audio is used solely for video analysis and is not stored independently.
  • Photo / Media Library: to let you select existing videos or photos from your device for analysis. We access only the files you explicitly select.

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain features (e.g., revoking camera access disables video recording and AR measurement, which will fall back to manual input).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the ListConnect AI service.
  • To analyze property videos using AI (Google Gemini) and generate listing descriptions.
  • To process payments and manage your AI credit balance.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your property videos or listing data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: we use trusted third parties to operate our service, including:
    • Google Cloud / Gemini AI — video and image analysis.
    • Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete and map display.
    • Stripe — payment processing.
    • Railway — cloud hosting for our backend.
    • Expo / EAS — mobile app delivery and over-the-air updates.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Property listings, videos, and generated descriptions are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

Uploaded videos are processed and then deleted from our servers within 30 days unless retained as part of a saved listing.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS).
  • Authentication tokens are stored using platform secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

ListConnect AI is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

10. Changes to This Policy
